Do I pay per guard or flat fee?

Flat fee. Starter covers 25 guards, Professional covers 250. You know exactly what you're paying every month — no surprise bills when you add guards mid-month. If you grow beyond the plan, we just upgrade you or you pay ₹29/guard for overflow.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and bank transfer/NEFT for annual enterprise contracts. International cards welcome — we serve agencies in UAE, UK, Nepal, and Sri Lanka too.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

Basic self-serve onboarding is free — we give you setup guides, video tutorials, and WhatsApp support. If you want our team to do the setup for you (recommended for agencies with 100+ guards), dedicated onboarding is ₹14,999 one-time. For Enterprise customers, it's included free.

Can I switch plans later?

Upgrade anytime from inside your dashboard — takes 30 seconds. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No penalties, no gotchas. We don't lock you in.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access till the end of your paid period. Before cancellation closes, we give you a full data export (attendance, reports, incident logs). Your data is yours — we don't hold it hostage.

Do you offer discounts for annual payment?

Yes — 16-17% off when you pay annually. For Enterprise contracts (2-year commitment), we offer up to 25% off plus custom feature development credits.

Is GST extra?

Prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout, and we provide a proper GST invoice so you can claim input credit. This is standard for all SaaS businesses in India.
